TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COMMISSIONS PAID
TO PARTICIPATING BUYERS AGENTS

A commission determined by the percentage of the bidder’s WRITTEN initial bid in relation to his winning purchase price will be paid to the Buyers Agent whose prospect pays and settles for the property/ies.

To qualify, Buyers Agent MUST:

  1. Register prospect by mail with the Auction Company at least 48 hours prior to the Auction.
  2. Submit written initial bid from prospect prior to start of Auction on form provided.
  3. Attend Auction with prospect and bid for or with the prospect.

Commissions paid to Buyers Agents according to the following scale:

Any written opening bid by the purchasing bidder earns 1% commission payable to Buyers Agent at closing.

If written opening bid is:
    50% to 59% of prospects purchasing price, Buyers Agent earns 1.5% commission.
    60% of more of prospects purchasing price, buyers Agent earns 2% commission.

AFFIDAVIT OF REGISTRATION FOR PURCHASER AND BUYERS AGENT

(AFFIDAVIT MUST BE RECEIVED BY AUCTION COMPANY AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE AUCTION)

The undersigned hereby certifies and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Commission will be paid to Buyers Agent at completed closing, provided undersigned Buyer has submitted written opening bid/s and is the successful buyer on property described as:
  2. _________________________________ to be offered at Auction on ______________________________.

  3. Commission paid to Buyers Agent representing primary bidders only.
  4. Commission paid only to Buyers Agent whose client is primary buyer, purchasing day of the Auction.
  5. Buyers Agent and Buyer, by placing their signatures below, certify they have inspected the premises of the subject property.
  6. No commission on any property will be paid to any Buyers Agent participating in the purchase of the property as a principle.
  7. Buyers Agent and Buyer hereby attest the Buyers Agent is serving only as an Agent for the Buyer and not as a principle involved in the purchase of property of an Agent for the Seller.
  8. Buyer hereby acknowledges that Auction Company and Associate Broker represent the Seller.
  9. Buyers Agent agrees to attend Auction with prospect and bid for or with the prospect and attend the closing with the buyer.
